Amy Snyder, DAOM, L.Ac

Dr. Amy Snyder holds a pre-med bachelor's degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Five Branches University in San Jose, CA. She is a California state board Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and is nationally certified (NCCAOM).

Prior to entering Chinese medical school, Dr. Amy spent eight years working as a chemist in pharmaceutical research at Johnson & Johnson. She is a primary care provider and is able to treat a wide variety of physical, emotional, and psychological ailments. Her areas of interest and expertise include helping patients with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, digestive disorders such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and chronic disease.

Weina He, DTCM, L.Ac

Dr. Weina He graduated from Five Branches University and is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of California. Dr. He studied Chinese Medicine at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine which is a top tier TCM school in China. She is a primary care provider working in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 7 years.

Prior to joining as a doctor at Snyder Oriental Medicine, Dr. He worked at Akiyama Wellness Center, Five Branches University Clinic, Taiwan National Chinese Medical School Hospital, and Saratoga Senior Center. Her solid TCM knowledge and rich clinical experience have helped many patients.

She is specialized in integrative medicine, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Conventional Medicine protocols in the fields of gynecology, pain management (including Myofascial pain syndrome), thyroid disorders, skin problems (Acne, Eczema, facial rejuvenation), and digestive diseases (IBS, acid-reflux, etc.).
